NOA is located by the sea with a view to the silhouette of the old town of Tallinn. The kitchen is best described as international and open-minded – inspired by the travels around the world. The materials used for the interior are mostly natural, wood being the main element in NOAs cosy yet eclectic interior. Whether it\u2019s our menu, service or the beach house itself, everything comes down to one word. Quality. It\u2019s our guiding principle \u2013 and the only guiding principle. Among friends it just needs to be delivered casually, without fuzz. Every day, all the time. This is why \u2013 for us \u2013 it\u2019s forward ever, backward never.
